Guidelines for guests:
When you contact us, we will send you a booking form to complete. It is also available as Annexure A
and can be e-mailed to us. Upon receiving the form you will be advised of the estimated cost of your
visit and the payment required to confirm the booking. The form will show our banking details.
You will also receive an indemnity form to complete. Then fax the forms and deposit slip back to
us as proof of payment. Once received we will finalize the booking and send you an invoice and
confirmation of booking. Bookings need to be made well in advance, in order to avoid disappointment.
Arrival and departure times:
Arrival time is between 15:00 and 18:00 and on departure guests have to vacate their units before 10:30.
Friendly warning: Please arrive before dark. The 13km from the entrance to the lodge you have to drive fairly slowly, since the road is narrow and you drive through a small mountain pass. You may also come across game.
In the event of you not being able to arrive before 18:00, please inform us. The road is isolated and
there is very little traffic and no cell phone reception.
