Meals
All meals are prepared by the in-house chef. Evening 3 course and lunch 2 course.

- The double chalets have a second bedroom for which the accommodation rates are 25% lower. The rates of the fourth room in the guest house are also 25% lower. Only as part of package.
- Additional drives/guided walks can be booked at R 180 p.p. (Minimum numbers apply)
- The charge for the "To Hell 'n Gone" and "Shepherd's Trail" 4x4 drive is R 250 per vehicle (minimum numbers apply) using your own 4x4. For Day visitors the charge for the To Hell 'n Gone or Shepherd's Trail 4x4 drive is R 300 per vehicle. If the Reserve's Game viewers and guides are engaged the cost is R 400 per person. Credit Card Transactions
Owing to technical errors on our new satellite telephone line, we are indefinitely unable to process credit card transactions.
Booking Policy
All reservations are fully paid in advance after which the booking is confirmed. 50% Deposits are
accepted when the booking is made more than six months in advance. Cancellations more than 45 days
prior to arrival date are refunded at 90% and more than 14 days prior at 60%. Outstanding balances are
payable 14 days before arrival.
