Meals

All meals are prepared by the in-house chef. Evening 3 course and lunch 2 course.

AND!!

1. Guests 66 and older get a 10% discount if booked directly. Does not apply to “special” offers.
2. The double chalets have a second bedroom for which the rates are 25% lower. The fourth room in the guest house is also 25% cheaper. Only as part of package.
3. Additional drives/walks can be booked at R 150 p.p. (Minimum numbers apply)
4. The charge for the To Hell 'n Gone and Shepherd's Trail 4x4 drive is R 200 per vehicle (minimum numbers apply) using your own 4x4. For Day visitors the charge for the To Hell 'n Gone or Shepherd's Trail 4x4 drive is R 300 per vehicle. If the Reserve's Game viewers and guides are engaged the cost is R 400 per person.

Children

Children 10 years and above pay full rates.

Children 4 to 9 pay half price.

Children younger than 4 are charged R 150 per day.

Payments by credit card attract a 3% commission.

Booking Policy

All reservations are fully paid in advance after which the booking is confirmed. 50% Deposits are accepted when the booking is made more than six months in advance. Cancellations more than 45 days prior to arrival date are refunded at 90% and more than 14 days prior at 60%. Outstanding balances are payable 14 days before arrival.

Our rates are adjusted at owner's discretion when appropriate.
Fixed bookings are not affected.
